  • The Men Suffer Too! 2025 Retreat is designed to create a transformative experience for men to explore and address their mental health in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Our retreats provide a safe space where participants can engage in honest, open conversations about their struggles, share personal experiences, and build stronger connections with others facing similar challenges. Through a combination of insightful workshops, group discussions, mindfulness, activities, and outdoor experiences, we focus on personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-care.

  • Our team of professionals lead workshops designed to address the concerns men face. From managing stress and improving mental health to understanding financial challenges and career growth, these sessions provide helpful advice that participants can implement immediately.

  • “This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a brotherhood."

"I didn’t know I needed this until I was there.”

    “A life-changing experience.”

"I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years, but I never knew how to talk about it. The retreat provided a space where I could express myself freely without feeling weak or ashamed. The facilitators were excellent at guiding us through tough topics, and the activities helped me reconnect with my body and mind.”—

  • 1. Financial Stability: Men frequently worry about providing for their families, managing day-to-day expenses, handling debt, and saving for the future. There is also significant anxiety around job security, career progression, and building long-term wealth.

    2. Career and Work Pressures: The pressure to meet high performance expectations, manage demanding workloads, and achieve career goals is intense. Many struggle to balance their professional responsibilities with personal life, often fearing job loss or career stagnation.

    3. Health (Physical and Mental): Concerns about maintaining physical fitness, managing chronic health conditions, and dealing with the effects of aging are common. Mental health struggles, such as anxiety, depression, and stress, are often underreported due to stigma, with chronic pain adding additional burdens.

    4. Relationships: Men often face challenges in maintaining healthy romantic relationships, especially when it comes to communication, intimacy, and providing emotional support. They also struggle to balance time between family, friends, and personal needs, which can lead to feelings of isolation or neglect.

    5. Social Expectations and Identity: Societal pressures to conform to traditional ideals of masculinity—being strong, stoic, and successful—can create internal conflict. Fear of judgment and failure, along with the reluctance to appear vulnerable, often prevents men from expressing personal challenges or seeking help, either in their personal lives or careers.

Men Suffer Too! is an evolving movement founded by Dr. Leslie Rogers to raise awareness about men’s mental health and well-being. The Men Suffer Too! initiative aims to foster open dialogue around men’s medical and mental health without fear of judgment, providing safe spaces for discussions that help reduce stigma. By normalizing conversations about mental health, we promote the benefits of seeking help and building healthy relationships. Our ultimate goal is to serve as role models and advocates for both men and young males, emphasizing that "It's Okay To Not Be Okay." More importantly, we strive to empower individuals to speak up about their mental health experiences.
